Busan is located on the southern coast of Korean Republic to the south-east from Seoul. It is the largest world port with the population of 4 million people. Busan boasts many famous beaches and hot springs which make the city a favorite spot among tourists. Annual International Film Festival attracts many movie lovers from every continent. Besides Busan is a historical center, existing for about 15 thousand years. Many cultural relics are located here, like the largest Korean fortress Geumjeongsanseong which was under construction for more than a century, from 1703 to 1807. The most important temple is the Beomeosa Temple founded by the monk Uisang in 678.
