Brisbane is the capital of Queensland, located on the Brisbane River and the third largest city on the continent. The "City of the New World" is Brisbane's official nickname, and it's very similar to the truth: in terms of the number of skyscrapers, it may well compete with New York, and new bars and restaurants are growing here like mushrooms after the rain.
